At Callaway Sales Store, we stand behind the quality of our premium golf equipment. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Item must be unused and in its original condition
- Original packaging must be intact with all tags attached
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
- Golf belts (due to personal fitting requirements)
- Golf clothing (unless tags remain attached and packaging unopened)
- Personalized or custom-ordered items
- Opened packages of golf balls
Returns Process
- Initiate Your Return: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line “Return Request – [Your Order Number]” and include:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
- Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories. Include a copy of your order confirmation.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our warehouse address (provided in your RMA email) using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges Process
For exchanges, follow the same process as returns, clearly stating in your email which item you’d like as a replacement. We’ll process the exchange once we receive and inspect the original item.
Refund Timeline & Methods
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time
- For PayPal refunds, you should see the funds in your account within 3-5 business days
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged item or incorrect product. We’ll arrange for a replacement or return at no cost to you.
International Returns
For international customers (excluding Asia and certain remote areas):
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance
- Refunds will be issued in GBP (British Pounds) and may be subject to currency conversion differences
