Shipping Information
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days delivery after dispatch)
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50 via EMS (15-25 business days delivery after dispatch)
Note: We ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. International customers may be responsible for customs fees and import duties.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Callaway golf equipment. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns process within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be intact with all tags attached
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Golf belts (due to personal fitting requirements)
- Golf clothing (unless tags remain attached and packaging unopened)
- Personalized or custom-ordered items
- Opened packages of golf balls
Returns Process
- Initiate Your Return: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days with:
- Your order number
- Item(s) for return
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer refund or exchange
- Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and RMA number
- Package Your Item: Securely pack in original packaging with all accessories and order confirmation copy
- Ship Your Return: Send to our warehouse (address in RMA email) using trackable shipping. Customer pays return shipping unless error is ours
Exchanges
Follow the same process as returns, clearly stating which item you’d like as replacement. We’ll process exchange after receiving and inspecting original item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged/incorrect items, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We’ll arrange replacement/return at no cost to you.
Refund Information
Timeline
After we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds processed within 5 business days
- Credit card refunds appear in 5-10 business days (depends on bank)
- PayPal refunds appear in 3-5 business days
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) in GBP. International refunds may be subject to currency conversion differences.
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless return is due to our error.
International Returns
For international customers (excluding Asia and certain remote areas):
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
- We recommend using trackable shipping with insurance
- Refunds issued in GBP (British Pounds)
